Section 92
To receive full salary and allowances after being reinstated in the Federal Parliament service
If the order to remove or dismiss an employee from the Federal Parliament service is canceled by the court and he is reinstated in the Federal Parliament service, such employee shall be reinstated from the date of removal or dismissal from the Federal Parliament service until the date of reinstatement. If you get full salary, allowance, festival expenses and salary increase, you will get that too.
